Oklahoma, Jan 26-27— The University of Oklahoma’s Norman campus recently hosted the highly-anticipated Sustainability Forum 2024 on January 27th as part of Sustainability Day. Drawing from a diverse audience, the forum proved to be a dynamic platform for insightful discussions and collaborative efforts towards achieving a sustainable future. This event successfully brought together industry experts, academia, public sector representatives, and university students. The Sustainability Forum provided a unique opportunity for a comprehensive and focused dialogue on sustainable development.
The event featured three thought-provoking panels that covered a wide spectrum of topics: Economic Aspects, Environmental Implications, and Social Dynamics. The Keynote Address by the Oman Hydrogen Centre was delivered by our Director, Dr. Sausan Al Riyami. The presentation introduced the Centre and highlighted the Sultanate of Oman’s efforts to accelerate the development of the Hydrogen Economy, emphasizing key players in this transformative journey.
